Sauven Marking launches the first compact, all-in-one 50 or 70mm inkjet printer for carton coding. The print head, the control unit and the ink supply are all integrated in one single unit with a size no bigger than a shoebox - (11.7” x 8.3” x 5.9”). The Sauven 7000 is designed for coding on cardboard boxes in an industrial environment.

Designed for industrial use, The Sauven 7000 self-contained compact printer utilizes a simple to load, no-mess 500ml ink cartridge. It is supplied complete, ready to run including conveyor mounting bracket and ink cartridge.

The Sauven 7000 is designed for printing from the side on cardboard cases. This compact, all-in-one inkjet comes from Sauven Marking, innovators in inkjet printing. The print head, the control unit and the ink supply are all integrated in one single unit, slightly larger than a shoebox. The Sauven 7000 is controlled by a single PCB and the ink is fed from a closed cartridge system, contributing to increased reliability and making the Sauven 7000 less vulnerable and more flexible for installation in a production environment. There are no valves, no compressed air, no droplet charging and no air filters, which equates to low maintenance costs.

The Sauven 7000 is simple to install, easy to use and clean to operate. With a print resolution of 180 dpi, the result is unbelievable print quality whether printing small or large characters, graphics or bar codes. It offers easy message entry and editing using a full color WYSWYG screen, pictorial keys and QWERTY keypad. It can be operated and programmed at the printer, or from a PC. Although software is not required to print with The Sauven 7000, it is included at no charge for use in print design, downloading logos or networking. The Sauven 7000 can be used as a stand-alone unit, integrated in a network or in a master/slave setup with one unit controlling a second. The SAUVEN 7000 was designed as a very simple to use ink jet printer, with the ability to print on the side of a carton or case.

Choose from either The Sauven 7000 QUATTRO at 70mm (four 17mm print heads) or The Sauven 7000 TRIO at 50mm (three 17mm print heads). This ink jet printer is also available in a 35mm high version (Model 6000Plus Duo or 17mm high (Model 6000Plus).
