2100 Group :    Novell Design Studio Announces the Launch of its newest division designerWORX
The 2100 Group formed in January 2012, launched a new division of its company this week at the 2013 JCK Luxury show at Mandalay Bay. This new division is named designerWORX, it features new and exciting designers who take advantage of the skills and training of the 2100 Group’s/Novell Design Studio’s factory to produce their fine jewelry designs from start to finish. The jewelry designers featured at this year’s show will be:

  •     Jessica Kagan Cushman whose 21st century Berlin Gothic designs are an eclectic mix of 19th century style with 21st century motifs http://www.JessicaCushman.com
  •     Reece Fawcett a designer featuring modern twist on classic and traditional jewelry themes with her Modern American Legacy line http://www.ReeceFawcett.com

In September 2012 Cindy Edelstein, an expert Jewelry and Marketing consultant and Bruce Pucciarello, Managing Partner of the Novell Design Studio joined forces arranging a tour of Novell’s New Jersey facilities. The tour was comprised of 30 to 40 jewelry designers who were eager to put their concepts into production and wanted the creative freedom of getting all the processes of jewelry manufacture in a one stop shop.

Cindy Edelstein, “Designers need a good reliable trustworthy production team, and that is not easy to find that domestically. Ordinarily these designers find individual contractors and have to drag their designs from one workshop to another. Overcoming this obstacle is a real challenge!”

Bruce Pucciarello Managing Partner of Novell Design Studio understood Cindy Edelstein’s assessment. He accepted this challenge offering a viable solution, ”We are very proud that we have assembled our team of artisans--all with exceptional skills. They have spent many years honing their craft. We wanted to offer other designers the opportunity to allow their creative visions become reality. Because Novell Design Studio has the capability to accomplish all aspects of jewelry manufacture including, CAD rendering, casting, various hand finishing techniques: including etching, engraving, Swiss-machining metal braiding, stone setting and finishing, we help these designers overcome the many hurdles placed in the path of designers to see their renderings come to completion.” In addition to manufacturing capabilities Novell Design Studio will be able to offer designers Marketing, Public Relations and Sales assistance.

The leader of the sales force behind this team is Gary Schulman a veteran of the industry with over 31 years in the industry. “Our sales team is very excited about expanding our business beyond the bridal and engagement category into a new the realm of fine fashion jewelry. This will enable the team to reach both our established customer base, as well as showcasing the line to a variety new retailers at the upcoming JCK Luxury Show.”

Designers are the focus of designerWORX. Making the motto “Excellence knows … No Boundaries,”
