we have to 'walk our talk!'
Martinez, California (PRWEB) May 31, 2013
One Church // One Voice, in acts that follow the basic principles of the Christian non-profit, has resumed international ministry activities by rendering aid to Christian ministry partners in persecution ravaged Nigeria.
"One Church // One Voice" was formed to promote unity between the various branches and denominations of Christians for the purpose of advancing God's Kingdom. The organization has found the present times trying, but their founder say's he believes that we have to 'walk our talk.'
Said Robert Berry, earlier, today, "To be able to reach out in unity of purpose and fellowship to Christians in Scotland, Nigeria, India, Ivory Coast, Cyprus has been an immense blessing for our organization and, also, my home church, Rock Harbor Christian Fellowship, in San Pablo, California. http://www.gorockharbor.org. We are all on the same road, ultimately. We even share road this with Messianic Jews. We are in a time when we are reaching more people, globally, than ever before. To be able to fill a need for our brothers and sisters, regardless of where they are, is what Jesus called us to do. If we are going to promote unity, we better walk our talk!"
Berry, the author of the family Christian historical novel, "Ephus and the Praying Bushel," [available through CrossBooks, http://www.crossbooks.com says his most frustrating project is an as yet un-built church in Cyprus. "We were unable to be the ones to complete that service. That's what we are called to be: servants to God and one another, for the sake of the Name."
The first one-hundred day prayer segment of "555 Days of Prayer to Save America," a prayer for forgiveness and mercy, and that we be forgiving and merciful, has reached day 33. "555 Days of Prayer to Save America" is now at day 88. Christians, globally, including Catholics, and Messianic Jews, as well, are invited to pray through each of the remaining one-hundred day prayer segments.
For additional information, view the attached schedule. The 555 day-long prayer event is scheduled to end on September 11, 2014, with a "Great Wave Offering to the Lord," which is still in conceptual planning and which will feature the "US Christian Flag, which can be viewed or purchased at http://www.uschristianflag.com.
