A balanced and synchronized organization, large or small, is far more likely to be effective and successful than one that is out of balance. This graphic reflects the ideal state. In order to have organizational effectiveness and desired results, the star must be in balance. Further, each point of the star must be synchronized with each other point of the star. Organizational balance begins with having a strategy that is supported by the right structure, processes, rewards and people and then guided by strong leadership. The strategy should be born out of a clear vision and strong organizational values.
