We're bringing a drum accessory to the marketplace that no one has truly innovated on before.

DrumMax Custom Drums added a few details to their previous announcement that attendees at the Summer NAMM show in Nashville, Tennessee are in for a treat this July.

“We can’t say much about it—we’re leaving a lot to the official reveal at the Summer NAMM show,” said DrumMax founder Leonardo Baroncini, speaking from his workshop in Indianapolis, “But what I can tell you is that we’re bringing a drum accessory to the marketplace that no one has truly innovated on before.”

DrumMax launched with a bang last July at the Summer NAMM show in Nashville, generating substantial buzz with their custom drums, all made in the United States by local craftsmen and Baroncini himself.

“This has been an incredible journey,” said Susan Baroncini-Moe, the founder’s wife and partner, whose title is “Chief Business Geek,” “We’ve taken this product from an idea to a real product that we think drummers are going to flip over. It’s just really cool and we can’t wait to share it with everyone at NAMM.”

Individuals curious about what the mysterious new product might be will have to wait until the Summer NAMM trade show, July 11-13, 2013 at the Nashville Music City Center in Nashville, Tennessee. The event is open to NAMM members and the public is invited to attend on July 13. More information on the event is located at http://www.namm.org/summer/2013.

DrumMax builds custom drums in exotic woods, including bubinga and zebrawood, and creates specialty snares like their unique 50-ply snare. Find out more at http://drummax.com
