Quincy Bioscience announces Prevagen, the memory supplement, is now available at Vitamin Shoppe.

Quincy Bioscience is pleased to announce Prevagen, brain health supplement for improved memory, the unique brain health supplement for improved memory, is now available at Vitamin Shoppe stores across the country.

“With a national presence of stores across the country, we’re pleased to partner with Vitamin Shoppe,” said Quincy Bioscience President Mark Underwood. “Vitamin Shoppe customers are looking for specialty and novel supplement products. Prevagen fits in perfectly to meet the needs of their customers seeking to improve their memory.”

Prevagen is the only supplement to contain the ingredient ‘apoaequorin’, a protein originally discovered in a jellyfish. It is used to improve mild memory loss associated with aging.

An independent panel of expert toxicologists and food scientists has affirmed the apoaequorin ingredient as Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS). After a comprehensive evaluation of research and toxicology studies, the expert panel concluded that apoaequorin is safe for use in food products. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration considers an ingredient to be GRAS when the substance is generally recognized, among qualified experts, as having been adequately shown to be safe under the conditions of its intended use.

As we age, we lose proteins that support our brain. Apoaequorin supplements these proteins during the natural process of aging and can help with mild memory problems associated with aging.*

Prevagen is safe, effective, and recommended for adults over 40 years old who have memory concerns.
