Washington, DC - May 31, 2013 -- WPL Publishing soon will host a webinar to help various professionals maximize the value of their construction agreements and avoid legal problems that could result from such deals.

Not only will the webinar help attendees structure construction deals to help manage contractual and legal risks and prevent disputes, but it will offer advice about how to proceed in the face of disputes with government customers and commercial contractors and subcontractors. To register for the 90-minute event, which will take place Wednesday, June 19, 2013, at 1:00 p.m. (EDT), visit http://tinyurl.com/m39lkwl.

The webinar, entitled “Maximizing Value in Construction Deals,” will help attendees accomplish the following:

  • Learn how to ensure payment.
  • Balance deal and performance risks and rewards.
  • Find ways to resolve disputes and disagreements.

Following the presentation, there will be an interactive 10-to-15 minute question-and-answer session addressing relevant topics.
