Chicago-based digital agency, SocialRaise, launches Nonprofitist to bring the best resources to nonprofits.

We’ve seen stellar nonprofits completely transform themselves with help of a little technology and a dash of digital strategy.

There are many nonprofit technology resources that organizations aren’t aware of.

-Who knew Salesforce, a leader in customer relationship management, has Salesforce Foundation that offers up to 10 free licenses for their constituent relationship management system?

-Who knew Google has Google Grants which offers $10,000 a month to 501c3 organizations for paid search?

-Who knew there are free and open-source constituent relationship management systems such as CiviCRM to bring donor, volunteer and event registrant data under one roof?

Nonprofits are expecting to raise more money with less resources and may not have the large teams of analysts, researchers and consultants to make this happen. Nonprofitist (http://www.nonprofitist.org) fills this void by bringing the best and brightest resources to one location.

While still in Beta and to be officially released next month, Nonprofitist will consist of carefully selected articles, weekly webinars, an online directory of businesses that have discounts for nonprofits, and a library of downloads and other resources to ensure nonprofits are getting the services and products to raise funds, raise revenue and raise awareness.

SocialRaise President, Kevin LaManna, sums it up, “We’ve seen stellar nonprofits completely transform themselves with help of a little technology and a dash of digital strategy. We’ve worked with hundreds of nonprofits and we hope Nonprofitist will help them in their mission.”

The main features of Nonprofitist will be;

-Curated news and resources for the nonprofit world that’s presented in a fun and engaging way.
-Optimized for desktop, laptop, mobile or tablets to deliver the best experience possible.
-A wealth of businesses in a Resources section that offers discounts to 501c3 organizations.
-Weekly webinars that cover trends to improve nonprofit organizations.
-A collection of downloads and on-demand webinars.
