Knockout ‘Live’ Networks announced today that on June 15, 2013 it plans to release a public messaging management systems into thousands of retailers across the country in an exclusive distribution management agreement.
The network is deploying offerings of its new advanced retail commercial edition of the 24/7 streaming interactive network. Knockout Live Networks is currently under contract to distribute content to approximately seventy-two million households worldwide via various IPTV and cable network distributors. This distribution abroad will be used to drive awareness to retail members.
The Knockout LIVE Network will be utilized by retail establishments that wish to increase guest loyalty by keeping the retailer’s brand in front of guests even while they away from the retailer's establishment.

The network will offer retail guests unlimited access to many exclusive sports, music and game content. Retailers will register their loyalty members into custom interfaces allowing special offers and exclusive entertainment to be delivered to guests in the retailers' establishments. Retailers will have multiple options for featured content to can be tailored to any type of customer they may have.
What separates Knockout Live Network from other content distributors is the commercial retailers' revenue share program. The network enables the retailer to market exclusive access to popular games and media products enabling retailers to increase incomes without caps. In addition, retailers are paid daily on specific loyalty products.
The production of the exclusive content will be being produced internally at Knockout LIVE from their state-of-the-art production facility set to open later this year.
