Cliff’s 20+ years of experience in the application services industry will be leveraged to provide an integrated service management model that is business solution focused.

Cliff joins Stefanini from Capgemini where he provided Application Management leadership to some of their largest North American clients. During his 10 years there, he implemented and supported a number of AMS programs that included large scale transition efforts, distributed delivery models, business process improvement successes and fully integrated services from help desk to back-end production support. Prior to Capgemini, Cliff was with Ernst & Young Consulting where he played a key role implementing Enst & Young Application Services.
Stefanini also welcomes Jay White as Director of Enterprise Mobile Application Services, North America/Asia Pacific. Prior to Stefanini, Jay built the mobility practice at First Solar, an industry leader in thin-film photovoltaic manufacturing. Previously, while at EDS, he was instrumental in establishing its North America Center of Excellence for Mobility. He also spent time at Intel in a similar capacity.
