Several studies have been completed regarding healthy diet and its effect on the heart. However, one has now focused on the positive effects of healthy living for people suffering from kidney disease, implying that weight loss supplements such as Prescopodene may help them live a prolonged life.
In a study published on May 23, 2013 in the Journal of the American Society of Nephrology, researchers looked at the American Heart Association’s (AHA) “Life’s Simple 7” in regard to kidney patients. “Life’s Simple 7” are the seven factors that the AHA has recognized as contributing to cardiovascular health. They include: getting active, controlling cholesterol, eating better, managing blood pressure, losing weight, reducing blood sugar and stopping smoking.
Researchers studied 3093 participants with kidney disease (stage 3 and stage 4) over the course of a four year period. They found that those with 2-4 of the seven factors had significantly lower rates of End State Renal Disease (ESRD). In addition, not one participant that had 5-7 of the positive factors developed ESRD, which suggests that the same healthy lifestyle conditions for heart health are also beneficial to kidney health. This also means that weight loss via supplements such as Prescopodene, is beneficial to the promotion of proper heart and kidney function.
Prescopodene is an all-natural weight loss supplement that suppresses appetite, increases energy and aids in weight loss. It contains ingredients such as green tea, grape seed extract, vitamin C and ginger root.
