In honor of one of the most popular Seagram’s Escapes flavors, Jamaican Me Happy, the brand has launched a social media campaign on the Brickfish platform and partnered with the Jamaican Tourism Board and the Hilton Rose Hall Resort & Spa to offer one lucky duo a trip to Jamaica.
The campaign is hosted by Brickfish, a leader in social, digital and mobile solutions, and can be found on the Seagram’s Escapes Facebook page and the brand’s website. With just a few simple clicks, fans can share who’s “Jamaican Me Happy” for a chance to win an all-expenses paid island get-away. Seagram’s Escapes is a line of fruit-flavored malt beverages that come in a variety of seventeen fruit combinations.
“Jamaican Me Happy is a favorite flavor of many of our consumers, so it naturally made sense when picking a location for an island get-away, that Jamaica would make the ideal tropical destination,” said Jennifer McCauley-Toper, Seagram’s Escapes Brand Manager. “The Jamaican Tourism Board along with Hilton Rose Hall Resort & Spa, have been the perfect partners in helping us put together this great trip to Jamaica.”
To enter to win the four day/three night stay for two at the popular Hilton Rose Hall Resort & Spa in Montego Bay, Jamaica, fans can visit http://www.facebook.com/SeagramsEscapes. Fans can upload a photo of someone who is “Jamaican Me Happy,” explain why and add a title to the photo (no full names please). Fans can submit their entry and share with their friends and family who are 21 and older via Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and more. The promotion will run until June 25, 2013. Airfare is included with the trip.
The top 20 eligible entries with the highest score based on audience support will be deemed finalists. The entries will then be judged by a Seagram’s Escapes panel based on creativity and relevance. Creativity takes into account how compelling the entry is and how well it portrays the theme “Jamaican Me Happy.” Relevance aligns with the contest theme and also reflects the Seagram’s Escapes brand values of unwinding responsibly.
