"Brad Warga brings nearly two decades of recruiting and talent acquisition expertise to the nine member IHR advisory board. As a member of the advisory board, he will partner with IHR's Online Staffing Sourcing division and provide input regarding its strategy and the curriculum design of its virtual events," said Debbie McGrath, Founder of HR.com. "Formerly the Vice President of Corporate Recruiting for Salesforce.com, Brad is now working with Gild to make tech hiring more merit-based through innovative new recruiting technologies. This refreshing approach to recruiting - focusing on a person's proven skills and talents - is exactly what we need to instill across the full HR spectrum."

"HR.com and specifically, the Institute for Human Resources, is focused on developing HR professionals to their fullest potential," said Brad Warga, Senior Vice President of Customer Success, Gild, Inc. "It is an honor and a privilege to join a board that is held to such high standards."

The advisory board works in coordination with the IHR to help identify industry experts to join the HR.com faculty and guide the strategy, direction and virtual events offered by the Online Staffing and Sourcing. IHR's unique online certification program offers a distinct specialization in each division of HR. Online sessions offered by IHR include e-learning credit courses as well as webcasts that may earn members both IHR credit and HRCI credits in each course to help HR professionals advance their careers and stay up-to-date on the latest HR knowledge.
