“Delaware County is not only the fastest-growing county in Ohio but one of the fastest-growing in the nation. With the recent growth in population in Delaware we have seen a high demand for apartments. Troy Farms is one of only a few apartment communities that have been built in the last 10 years,” Michelle Yeager, co-founder and chief operations officer, said.

Troy Farms is an exceptional community of luxury apartment homes surrounded by beautifully landscaped grounds and two crystal-clear lakes. The community features one- and two-bedroom garden-style apartment homes, as well as two-bedroom townhomes. The community clubhouse offers residents a resort-style pool, a 24-hour fitness center, and a laundry facility.

“We were attracted to Troy Farms because of its location and its long list of positive features. The community appeals to a large demographic, as it can fit a wide range of renter’s needs. The vast amount of open greenspace, the walking paths around the ponds, and the variety of floor plans make Troy Farms a desirable place to live,” Yeager said.

Troy Farms is located minutes from downtown Delaware and offers a lifestyle of convenience and variety. Residents can walk to many nearby shopping and dining establishments, including the city’s unique, historic business district and is just minutes from Ohio Wesleyan University. Furthermore, the community will be in close proximity to the new Tanger Outlets center that is slated for Delaware County.

In 2012, Champion was recognized by Columbus Business First as the third-fastest growing privately-held business in central Ohio. The addition of Troy Farms has brought Champion’s management portfolio up to 14 apartment communities and more than 3,500 units.

“Troy Farms is a Class A built, quality apartment complex in a booming city. We are elated about entering the Delaware, Ohio, submarket. It's a great city with a lot of history and even more potential,” president and CEO, Brian Yeager said. “We are ready to hit the ground running and excited to mold Troy Farms into another quality Champion property.”
