Great Lakes Integrated Adds Staff as Part of Growth Strategy; Focus on New Marketing Initiatives Will Aid Sales Team for Reaching Current and New Customers

Great Lakes Integrated ( a leader in multi-channel marketing, print manufacturing, distribution and online marketing tools adds a Director of Marketing and expands the sales team with two new Account Executives.

We have gathered the right people, technology, products and services to deliver marketing success in an ever-changing landscape.

Jason Schultz has assumed a new role within the company as Director of Marketing. Jason will be responsible for the development and execution of all marketing and communication campaigns, including social media and public relations. He moves into this position after over 10 years with the company. His time was spent working in various departments, including sales where he received recognition as ‘rookie of the year’ in 2002 and ‘sales person of the year’ in 2003. Most recently, he held the position Director of Business Development. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a bachelor degree in Marketing. “Jason’s background and experiences will be a valuable resource to help increase market share for Great Lakes Integrated both locally and nationally”, said Jim Schultz, President and CEO.

Karen Masters joins Great Lakes as an Account Executive with more than 8 years of sales experience working with National accounts. Most recently, she was the top sales person at NACS (National Association of College Stores) and Contra Costa newspapers. She also served as marketing director for 6 years where she was responsible for print buying, creating and producing catalogs and magazines with runs of 180,000. In addition, Karen’s background includes print, digital, and broadcast production, and account management at independent ad agencies in California. Throughout her career, she has worked with clients to develop and implement their marketing plans, from concept through production.. “Her previous sales experience, marketing knowledge and creativity will contribute to our growth", said Jim Schultz.

Michael Radivoj has been promoted from Production Planner to Account Executive. Michael also brings his experiences as a shipping coordinator, customer service representative and account manager to his new position since joining Great Lakes in 2004. In his new role, Michael will work with local and national companies to provide marketing solutions and grow sales. Jim Schultz adds “Michael will bring a fresh perspective to our sales efforts, offering the right blend of skills that are ideal for extending our company's reach".
