Sunroom, patio cover and screen enclosure installer Venetian Builders, Inc., has increased its 2013 sales in Delray Beach and Palm Beach County with its placement of custom-built retail sales displays in two Delray Beach Home Depot stores, Venetian President Chris Noe says. To date in 2013, sales in West Palm Beach and its suburbs, including Delray Beach, have helped Venetian’s overall residential sales more than double 2012 levels, Noe says.

We custom-design every project, no matter how big or small, no matter the budget, to fit a homeowner’s needs, housing style and neighborhood.

The concept of having a Delray Beach sunroom addition, patio cover, screen room or pool enclosure built onto their home is a lot easier for shoppers in the city’s two Home Depots to envision after recent placement there of retail sales displays by Venetian Builders, Inc., said Chris Noe, Venetian president.

The Delray Beach Home Depots received the displays as part of a Venetian Builders retail effort that began late in 2012 and continued into the first quarter of 2013.

The most recent sales figures show that the effort, which includes displays in 39 other South Florida Home Depots, is paying off, Noe said.

“Sales leads through the Home Depots this year almost equal our direct leads,” Noe said, “and the increase in 2013 sales in West Palm Beach and its suburbs account for nearly a fifth of total Venetian sales. That’s exponentially ahead of our Palm Beach sales in 2012.”

The sales are a big reason that overall residential volume is up 150 percent above 2012 levels for the Miami-based builder, Noe said.

The retail displays trigger homeowners’ imaginations, Noe said, by showing how framing, insulated panels, roofing, doors, windows and screen come together to make an aluminum addition. The displays unfold to reveal 8 running feet of design and materials options.

“In a community like Delray Beach, neighborhoods and housing styles vary widely, and so do lifestyles,” Noe said. “According to, almost a quarter of the population is age 65 and older, more than 6 points greater than the state average. And yet, points out, more than 16 percent of the population is age 18 or under, so there are younger families, too.”

That’s not a problem when 4 season rooms and other additions are custom designed, Noe said. “We custom-design every project, no matter how big or small, no matter the budget, to fit a homeowner’s needs, housing style and neighborhood,” Noe said.

Many Delray Beach homeowners, especially those whose homes are older, could add living space affordably with a solarium or patio enclosure, Noe said, or increase their enjoyment of a pool with a screen enclosure.

When homeowners arrange for a free at-home consultation, either through Home Depot or directly through Venetian, homeowners see even more choices. “We bring our mobile showroom to them,” Noe said.

Written estimates are detailed and free, whether for a solarium, a 3 season room, an aluminum patio roof, aluminum pergola and lattice, or a screened swimming pool dome.

In addition to serving West Palm Beach and its suburbs, including Delray Beach, Venetian builds in Jupiter, Fort Lauderdale, Wellington, Coral Springs, Miramar, Hialeah, Miami, Homestead, the Keys and all communities nearby and in between.
