FTL today announced ServiceFox for iOS, a revolutionary app for the iPhone and iPad that enables businesses and their customers to work together more effectively by reducing check-in times, providing instant status update notifications and enabling live chats between both parties. ServiceFox is available from the iTunes App Store, free of charge, with an optional “Professional-Mode” business subscription for more advanced use.

Whether businesses want to instantly talk to their customers about a repair being performed, update them on the progress of their anniversary cake or to simply let them know that a table for their dining party is ready, ServiceFox can help.

ServiceFox helps businesses and customers work together more effectively than ever before.

At a ServiceFox-enabled business, there is no lengthy check-in process or forms for a customer to fill out. The client simply walks in, tells the business what they are looking for and then, with a few short taps and the snap of a camera, both parties have a trackable ticket on their mobile devices, pre-populated with everyone's contact information and a description of the work to be performed.

The business can then integrate this information back into its existing systems and processes, independently, while the customer is already heading out the door. If the business doesn’t have a ticketing system already in place, ServiceFox can easily fulfill that role for them as well.

Once the customer leaves, the communication doesn't stop with ServiceFox.The app provides notifications to both parties as the ticket is updated from either side with changes in status, questions, comments or other important information needed to get the job done.

ServiceFox allows both the business and their customer to exchange chat messages right inside the ticket, providing a useful history of what was discussed and enabling faster resolution and more accurate completion of the work being performed.
