Salt Lake Community College offers a second summer term that begins June 10. The session lasts seven weeks and offers a range of general education and elective courses at all 13 SLCC locations. The session allows students who have recently graduated from high school to immediately begin their college education.
“With a start date of June 10, the College’s second summer term provides an ideal opportunity for high school students to register and enroll in college just as they're graduating," SLCC public relations director Joy Tlou said. “It's also perfect for anyone who is ready to take classes right now. The College has many students take advantage of the second summer term as a way to complete the classes they need to graduate.”
SLCC offers 820 classes during second summer term that fulfill requirements for completion. Of these, 515 are general education courses and 156 are online courses.
