Verian Concludes ELEVATE 2013 Conference with Rave Reviews

This premier industry event, held in Austin, TX, offered attendees over two days of engaging breakout sessions, interactive workshops, hands-on demonstrations, and peer presentations featuring inspiring success stories.

Verian experts also delivered valuable insights into emerging new features and product development expectations for their industry-leading suite of purchase-to-pay software applications. Attendees were treated to interesting collaborative discussions regarding Verian product advancements like these, among others:

1. New User Interface (UI)

Verian released a brand new UI in late-2012 that enhanced user experience by featuring interactive screens with instant feedback, fewer clicks to accomplish tasks, personalization options, and a more consistent look and feel across applications.

The new UI also provided a more scalable UI framework to enable better user locale support, multi-language support, and robust support of mobile devices.

2. Enhanced Mobile Approval Capabilities

Verian’s aggressive progress toward support of mobile devices has improved ease of use and operational efficiency for all Verian users.

All relevant information for faster and more accurate approvals of requisitions, invoices, and expense reports is now readily available at users’ fingertips on smartphones and tablets.

Verian’s mobile approval capabilities are easily launched from smartphone or tablet browsers, and do not require downloading apps from App Stores.

3. Social Networking

Verian is actively working on incorporating common social networking concepts into its software platform, enhancing the user experience by enabling features like conversations, profile pictures, vendor logos and ratings and reviews.

4. Benchmarking and Decision Support

Verian has always been the leader in helping clients efficiently view, track, and analyze every penny of spend for maximum savings.

Verian is now leading a charge to provide even better decision support through enhanced real-time spending data and analytics such as price trending history, usage pattern metrics, supplier performance indicators, intelligent product ranking and attributes, approval history and trends, and visibility on discount opportunities.
