This is the best combination of quality and price that we have seen in the packaging world for as long as we can remember.

B2B Industrial Packaging’s new Eagle 2000B stretch wrapper either meets or exceeds most of the capabilities of a standard stretch wrapper for nearly half the price—making it the best value stretch wrapper on the market today. This is the first fully featured built-in pre-stretch machine under $5,000. While the word “breakthrough” is overused, this really is a breakthrough industrial packaging product.

“This is the best combination of quality and price that we have seen in the packaging world for as long as we can remember,” said Mike Theriault, president and CEO of B2B Industrial Packaging.

The Eagle 2000B is a semi-automatic stretch wrapper with a powered pre-stretch unit that saves users as much as 250% over hand-applied film. It has a photo eye that automatically recognizes the load height. This creates a more efficient wrap cycle when compared with a manual stretch wrapper. Power pre-stretch also makes the load more secure because it tightens after application. The turntable has a soft start and stop feature that seamlessly begins and ends the wrap cycle. It then resets itself automatically after every load. The Eagle 2000B also offers the following:

  •          Power pre-stretch of 250%
  •     Pallet weight capacity of up to 5,000 lbs.
  •     A packaging height of up to 89”
  •     A turntable diameter of 59”
  •     Automatic or manual operation
  •     PLC (programmable logic controller) and screen controller
  •     Language change capability
  •     A 3-year warranty
  •     Assembled and serviced in the U.S.

The ability to spot products like these and offer them to clients ahead of competitors is one of the reasons that B2B Industrial Packaging is now one of the fastest growing privately held industrial packaging providers in the U.S.

Sales have increased 120 percent since 2009 and Theriault expects sales to double again in the next three or four years. “This growth reflects our dedication to quality in every area,” he said. “I’m referring to offering the highest quality most cost effective products, outstanding client service, and expert sales reps that work hard to be valuable members of each client’s team.”

Servicing more than 4,000 active clients, B2B Industrial Packaging sells a variety of packaging supplies including strapping and stretch wrap to clients primarily in the Central Great Lakes, California, Texas and North Carolina.
