Hidu is a natural when it comes to designing the perfect vacations, having spent 20 years at his family’s New Jersey travel agency before moving to Clearwater Beach five years ago. He immediately took to the Florida lifestyle and has a true passion for sharing it with guests. An active member of the community, Hidu serves as vice president of community affairs for the Pinellas County Chapter of the Bay Area Concierge Association, a group that strives to increase the professionalism of concierges and guest representatives in Tampa Bay. He was also named Employee of the Year for his achievements and contributions to the resort’s overwhelming success in 2012.

In addition to his duties serving on-property guests, Gary manages all pre-arrival requests by phone or through the Clearwater, Florida hotel’s exclusive Hyatt E-Concierge service.
