Next Gen Dine by Prelag Partners LLC is a cloud-based mobile and ipad pos application for unique and high-end restaurants. Next Gen Dine software is currently available on the Apple iPad and iPad Mini, and is coming soon to Android and Windows devices. This new software is completely wireless and requires only an iPad, a wireless router, and an active internet connection.
This software allows servers to take orders, payments, and choose to e-mail or print the receipt all directly at the customer’s table, which creates a more positive dining experience. Orders placed through the software are immediately sent to the appropriate prep stations and thus reducing waiting time for the customer. Other features available to servers include the ability to split checks, combine orders, track bar tabs, sort items on the menu, and track dine-in and dine-out orders.
Any changes done to the menu through one station by the manager are immediately released on other stations. Managers also have the ability to manage employee work schedules and see full sales reports.
The newly released hostess module allows the hostess the ability to create reservations, send reservation confirmations, track reservations, and page the customers via text message when their table is ready.
Integration with Menu Drive allows customers to place their orders online and through mobile devices. With the Menu Drive integration, clients receive unique marketing tools such as a loyalty program, email and text marketing, a coupon engine, and social media network integration.
