The new Delta Tech Ruggedized iPad Case (available for the iPad and the iPad Mini) has passed military testing (US Mil-STD-810F) for vibration, dust, rain, and drop protection. Additional testing by the National Analysis Center (NAC), a leader in mobile technology testing, was conducted for shock absorption, outperforming three other ruggedized iPad case manufacturers.

The Delta Tech Ruggedized iPad Case can be customized! D&D is offering both cases imprinted with either custom silk screening or custom laser engraving. Silk screening allows for a color imprint to match a school district logo or art/words in school colors. The laser engraving option is an ultra-durable imprint into the surface of the case.

According to Jeff Rogers, General Manager of D&D Security, the laser engraving method is ideal for the education environment because it makes the imprint permanent. "We prefer an imprint that cannot be scratched off by students. This makes the iPad quickly identifiable if it is lost or stolen," said Rogers. "The engraving method is a great way to track ownership of the device – and we are the only iPad case manufacturer that’s doing this customization.”
