If I can help celebrities, I can certainly help a handful of cell phone-wielding students.
New York, New York (PRWEB) June 05, 2013
After about 100 students from the Yeshivah of Flatbush Joel Braverman High School in Brooklyn, as well as their eight chaperones, were kicked off an AirTran flight departing to Atlanta for their senior class trip on Monday, June 3, those involved claim the group was unfairly targeted. “They treated us like we were terrorists,” student Jonathan Zehavi told CNN. Now, one entrepreneur wants to make them an offer that could be hard to refuse.
Fresh off his highly publicized offers to help Lindsay Lohan with her financial problems and Charlie Sheen with his drug addiction, PhoneDaddy.com Founder Trent Silver says, "If I can help celebrities, I can certainly help a handful of cell phone-wielding students. I'd be glad to purchase all their phones so they can't possibly break any more AirTran rules. Not to mention, a lot of young people have nicer and pricier phones than most adults, so I'm sure I can give them some extra spending money for the summer."
According to reports, the students had refused to stay seated and turn off their mobile devices when asked. “Both are violations of federal air regulations, as well as our policies,” airline spokeswoman Whitney Eichinger said, according to the New York Daily News. “The sole reason these customers were removed from the aircraft was due to their behavior. Anything otherwise is unfounded and offensive,” she added. Zehavi had stated that he felt unfairly targeted for religious reasons.
Silver invites a representative from the Yeshiva of Flatbush to contact him about his offer. He also plans to donate 50% of all profits from any phones sent from these students to Yeshivah of Flatbush Joel Braverman High School in Brooklyn.
PhoneDaddy.com is a Silver Visibility brand, developed and launched under the Silver Visibility PINC label, or "Personal Incubator," best known for launching CashForPurses.com, the purse exchange site that made international headlines by offering to help Lindsay Lohan with her financial troubles and offering to give all the proceeds to a charity of her choice. "Our personal incubator is a place where we dream up our own products, hatch them and nurture them into successful businesses. We have no outside investors and are fully self-funded, so with that kind of financial security we have the luxury of only launching products and campaigns that we are truly passionate about, at a pace that we are comfortable with," says Silver.
About Trent Silver
Trent Silver is the world’s first and only “Robin Hood of Hollywood™,” famous for generating international press surrounding his offers to A-List celebrities in order to raise money for charity and to raise marketing awareness for himself, his clients and his products. Most know Trent from his highly-publicized offers to help Lindsay Lohan with her financial problems and Charlie Sheen with his drug addiction. As a modern-day Robin Hood, Trent “borrows” publicity from celebrities, allow clients to make a profit, and gives to the people who really need the money through charities. Trent doesn’t believe in stealing; he believes in a different formula: newsjacking (borrowing) celebrity publicity and thereby helping people in need.
Trent Silver is available for media appearances, interviews and speaking engagements.
