As TripAdvisor® delivered the 2013 Certificates of Excellence to businesses around the world, OTO Development had a lot to celebrate. In a rare feat, every eligible hotel in OTO Development’s portfolio received this prestigious award from the world’s largest travel website. TripAdvisor’s Certificates of Excellence are awarded every year to deserving hospitality establishments including hotels, restaurants, and attractions. To earn this accolade, a hotel must rank in the top 10% globally in guest satisfaction, maintain at least a four-out-of-five star rating, and receive a minimum number of reviews. TripAdvisor® rankings and awards are especially important in the hospitality industry because they reflect the opinions of the people who really matter, the guests.
