Working closely with professional radiographers onsite, we have built a unique service similar to a trust bank
(PRWEB UK) 6 June 2013
Attending the UKRC Conference, 10-12 June at ACC Liverpool, Sanctuary Allied Health will be amongst more than 100 organisations, 2000 key influencers and decision makers within diagnostic imaging.
Lee Emmett, team manager of the specialist allied health recruitment company, explains the importance of such events: “Exhibitions like UKRC bring together industry experts from all areas, addressing issues with staffing, practice, education, management and more to provide collaborative support for the imaging profession.
“An example of this is overcoming the challenges with the shortage of radiographers, which has become a major focus of our service. Working closely with professional radiographers onsite, we have built a unique service similar to a trust bank to provide radiographers on a flexible, part-time basis alongside our normal locum contracts. At Sanctuary Allied Health, we have cast our net worldwide in the search to have experienced, compliant candidates available across the UK.”
UKRC is the leading and largest diagnostic imaging event in the UK, jointly organised by the British Institute of Radiology, the Society and College of Radiographers and the Institute of Physics Engineering in Medicine.
Aimed at a multidisciplinary audience, the three day event has been awarded 20 CPD credits, with an eclectic programme of clinical sessions, workshops, presentations and talks delivered by high profile international speakers alongside its comprehensive exhibition.
