Cendrowski Corporate Advisors (CCA) announces today a strategic merger that bolsters current core practices such as Valuation Services and Forensic Accounting and adding highly specialized Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraisal services. Founded in 1983, and celebrating its 30th year of expert services, CCA specializes in providing highly specialized and comprehensive services to clients in the legal, private equity, real estate, banking, corporate, and nonprofit industries. The newly expanded team complements the already established CCA core of talented industry experts. Through the merger with Gary Leeman, Theresa Shimansky and hiring of Shahna Richman, CCA collectively strengthens their Business Valuation, Tax Compliance and Litigation Support practices; adds professional experience and certification in machinery and equipment appraisal and expands core competencies in forensic accounting and sciences.
“We are thrilled to welcome Gary, Theresa and Shahna to our team. This latest merger follows our philosophy of growing strategically by identifying talented people that can help us enhance our service offerings. Their combined experience and expertise will be a true competitive advantage for our clients and our company as a whole,” stated Harry Cendrowski, Managing Director of Cendrowski Corporate Advisors.
