Immediately after the panel discussion, Adam Gadomski, Founder of Aspen Advisors will reveal the results of the Data Survey and Benchmarking Exercise.

GSMI is pleased to announce the data survey that will be concluded at the Social Recruiting Strategies Conference this July 23-25th in Chicago. The survey is being collected for SRSC attendees and participants. The survey results will be discussed and distributed the Conference on July 25th.

First, the panel discussion on “Measures, Metrics and Analytics for Social Recruiting” will gather leaders in the industry to discuss the specific methods and strategies that have worked for recruiters and staffing directors -- and those that haven't --and the metrics to prove it. Panelists include: Nan Weitzman, Global Talent Channels Leader at Hewlett Packard, Allison Kruse, Global Social Media and Technology Strategist at AON Hewitt and Jillian Snavely, VP Senior Recruiting Manager at PNC Financial Services Group.

Immediately after the panel discussion, Adam Gadomski, Founder of Aspen Advisors will reveal the results of the Data Survey and Benchmarking Exercise. He will lead this unique interactive session in which attendees and speakers alike will take part in a real benchmarking exercise. Attendees and speakers will provide data that will be collated, compiled and presented during this valuable session. Attendees and speakers will be able to submit their information and gain access to other companies. Each attendee will receive a copy of this report at the conference and engage in an open dialogue about the data.
