We chose Logi Analytics because its solution is fast to implement, easy to modify and maintain, flexible enough to enable workflow between multiple teams and systems, and is highly reliable.

Nucleus Research has selected Logistic Specialties, Inc. (LSI) as a 2013 recipient of its Technology ROI Award for its implementation of Logi Analytics. This award recognizes companies whose deployment of IT solutions has produced a positive, bottom-line financial return on investment (ROI).

“LSI offers a definitive example of the difference Logi Analytics can make to a company’s balance sheet,” said Brett Jackson, CEO, Logi Analytics. “LSI found that they can not only use our solution to meet their initial business intelligence needs, but also use it to address additional challenges across other areas of their company, and ultimately transform their entire business.”

Companies that receive the Technology ROI Award demonstrate the link between IT strategy and business goals. LSI serves government agencies and commercial entities by specializing in managing and fulfilling procurement bids and commercial contracts. The success of their business is dependent on their ability to respond quickly to and win RFPs.

Prior to working with Logi Analytics, most of LSI’s inefficiencies were rooted in a manual RFP response system, which included maintaining a huge Microsoft Excel database with years of historical records that was rife with inaccuracies. The implementation of Logi Analytics turned this around for LSI, resulting in a 537% ROI and full project payback within three months, as determined by Nucleus Research.

“We evaluated several vendors, including traditional BI products and supply chain management solutions and found various shortcomings, including pricing models that charged a percentage of our profits, a lack of vital functionality, and required implementation assistance from costly consultants,” said Mark de Amici, CTO, LSI. “We chose Logi Analytics because its solution is fast to implement, easy to modify and maintain, flexible enough to enable workflow between multiple teams and systems, and is highly reliable.”
