BGT Hires Michael Aronowitz as VP of Digital Insights and Marketing and Juan Morales as Executive Creative Director

BGT, one of the oldest and largest independent digital consultancies in the world, is pleased to announce the hiring of Michael Aronowitz as VP of Digital Insights and Marketing and Juan Morales as Executive Creative Director. Both Aronowitz and Morales are based in BGT’s headquarters in Miami.

Aronowitz, who brings a wealth of experience as an Internet marketing and business leader, will oversee BGT’s Marketing and Analytics teams and leverage BGT’s expertise across performance media, social, search, and mobile, as well as analytics implementation, monitoring, and optimization.

Before joining BGT, Aronowitz was Chief Marketing Officer at Saveology.com, a web-based consumer destination for comparing home-based services such as tech support, cable, phone, Internet, home security systems and daily deals. As a Senior Manager of Business Development for eBay Worldwide, he was instrumental in the company’s online sales, targeting the auto and relocation industries. He served in a similar role at Monster Worldwide following a successful entrepreneurial career starting and developing online businesses. Aronowitz also worked in a senior leadership role at the Direct Marketing Association, the world’s largest interactive non-profit trade association, and is a founding member of the Salesforce.com CMO Advisory Board.

Morales, a ten-year veteran whose work has won prestigious national and international awards, will lead BGT’s User Experience and Design teams and oversee creative that drives purposeful actions to meet our clients’ business goals.

Most recently, Morales led a team of creatives as the Executive Creative Director for SapientNitro. Prior, Morales was the Executive Creative Director for iChameleon Group, where he helped launch the company and grow his team of three creatives to 30 across offices worldwide. Before spending two years as an instructor at Miami Ad School, Morales was an Art Director for Crispin Porter + Bogusky, where he was one of the three original members of the digital department.
