The Cloud Communications Alliance (CCA), the only industry peer association specifically dedicated to the advancement of cloud communications technologies, highlighted Michael Tessler, president and CEO of BroadSoft, as its keynote at the organization’s quarterly meeting last week in Napa Valley, Calif.
Tessler’s presentation focused on the future of unified communications (UC) and how the growing demand for mobile UC is advancing the productivity and efficiency of enterprises. Mobile UC enables individuals to work remotely, using their preferred communication device.
"The Cloud Communications Alliance members include some of the first service providers to leverage BroadSoft's hosted communications capabilities. This group is often first to market with new, innovative solutions for their enterprise customers and has led the movement to cloud-based unified communications. I always appreciate the opportunity to share my views on the future of unified communications with this group, and I enjoy even more hearing their needs and determining how BroadSoft can help drive their success,” said Tessler.
“BroadSoft is an example of how leading, cutting edge communications providers have come together under the CCA to develop solutions that help propel enterprise communications forward,” said Joseph Marion, president, CCA. “We’re thrilled to have BroadSoft as part of our group, and were even more excited to have Michael speak at our quarterly meeting. His knowledge and insight always proves to be highly beneficial to our members.”
The next CCA quarterly meeting will take place October 14 - 15, 2013, just before BroadSoft Connections 2013 in San Diego, Calif. The CCA quarterly meeting will be marked by presentations by several leading executives and industry experts. More information, including a link to register, can be found at the CCA events page.
