Beautifinder.com today relaunched its website with a completely new design and structure designed to make it easier to share news including beauty tips. The site includes sections with clear access for searching beauty professionals near you. The site was developed by Goldenwave which has developed graphic identities, branding and website design for business since 1994.
“This new website represents a significant step for Beautifinder.com and will enable salon and spa professionals to be found much easier,” said Beautifinder.com founder and CEO Roseanne Duenez. “We have made best use of current social media technologies to help beauty professionals around the world communicate with ease.
"This is an innovative new web site that was created out of a need. After leaving a Salon where I worked for many years, I realized I didn’t get all my client’s information and I didn’t know how to contact them.
“While at my new Salon, a thought came to me 'wouldn’t it be great if there was a web site where our clients could find us, and new clients could discover us';” A site exclusively for Hair Stylist, Estheticians, Nail Techs and Makeup Artist says Duenez.
Beautifinder.com was created. A Network of Licensed Cosmetologist!
This web site provides each licensed professional, whether you rent, on commission or own a Salon, a profile page. Each profile page offers their current location, education, talent, and a sampling of their portfolio. Each profile page can also be used as their own personal Url page. It can be linked to their Facebook page and Twitter accounts and they can link their own private web page to it. Each licensed professional will be able to edit their own information and keep it updated with current information and portfolio pictures. It can only be accessed with their own private password.
Best of all, this Directory is Free to Join! No future cost! No spam!
“In developing the site, we were mindful of our three most important constituencies – our members, the broader beauty field and the general audience that may or may not know a lot the actual people cutting or coloring their hair,” said Richard Ramos, director of product development and website evangelist. Our goal is to become the 1-800-Dentist for the salon industry. Not only will you find your lost stylist, you’ll also discover new professionals and have the confidence of their background and education by the information provide publically on member profiles.”
Long-term, Beautifinder.com plans to launch a new version of its member controlled classifieds that will let members buy and sell equipment directly to each other.
