Classic Holidays continues to exceed guest expectations with recent guest satisfaction surveys.

Classic Holidays, Australia’s most customer service driven Resort Management company, continues to live up to their award winning reputation with the results of their March and Aprils guest satisfaction surveys.

Three days after checking out, resort guests are sent a customer survey via email asking them to rate different aspects of their experience while they were on holiday at a Classic Holidays resort. Averages calculated for March and April show that ninety percent of guests stated that their overall experience at a Classic Holidays managed resort exceeded their expectations. This overwhelmingly positive reaction from Classic guests is confirmation of their ability to provide quality holidays with exceptional attention to detail.

The units themselves scored an overall average of eighty-eight percent in regards to exceeding expectations in maintenance, in unit amenities, cleanliness and housekeeping while onsite amenities scored an overall average of eighty-nine percent. Additionally, ninety-one percent of guest stated they would recommend a Classic Holidays resort to friends and family and ninety percent say they plan to vacation with Classic Holidays again.

However, the most impressive survey statistic of them all is the one that relates to the resort staff. An outstanding ninety-seven percent of guests said that the resort staff exceeded their expectations when it came to customer service and courtesy, a staple that Classic prides themselves on.
