The article, 10 Interesting Digital Marketing Stats We've Seen This Week, published June 7th in Econsultancy that a white paper from eDigitalResearch and IMRG has shown the record high to be between July 2012 and January 2013, at 83.4%, up from a significantly lower 76.7% in July 2009. Despite the improved scores however, 23% of respondents said they expected a better delivery experience, whilst a further 17% believe that faster response times to their queries would improve the purchase journey.
