West Chester Fitness Club Announces the Start of Beginners Bootcamp

A Bootcamp designed for people who are looking to loose weight and don't know where to start. People who have no previous experience are welcome and encouraged to join.

West Chester Fitness Club's owner and Lead Trainer, Ben Humphrey, states, "Beginners Bootcamp was created to show people that fitness is for everyone at any level. If you have the need to lose a large amount of weight, drop a pant size or just want to be healthier, this class is for you! Even if you haven't lifted a weight in years...or ever, this class brings it back to the basics and shows you what you need to know to get started. Don't wait until its too late to get your life back!"
