Just in time for summer, The Farmer’s Cow is excited to announce a delicious new addition to its growing line of local “Made in Connecticut” dairy treats. Introducing, Naturally New England™ Ice Cream Sandwiches from The Farmer’s Cow in collaboration with Sweet & Simple® bake shop in Fairfield.
Naturally New England Ice Cream Sandwiches are locally made with fresh all natural ingredients and come in five unique flavor combinations. And, they are now available to customers at independent grocers throughout Connecticut as well as at The Farmer’s Cow Calfé & Creamery in Mansfield and Sweet & Simple in Fairfield. Each cookie sandwich is individually wrapped with The Farmer’s Cow colorful signature brand.
The inspired flavor combinations were carefully chosen by pairing the perfect cookie with one of four different flavors of The Farmer’s Cow ice cream.
The five sandwich flavors offered are:

- Chocolate sugar cookies & Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip Moo™

Every flavor of The Farmer’s Cow Ice Cream is locally made with all-natural ingredients including our own fresh Connecticut milk and rich cream. Sweet & Simple cookies are made from scratch with original recipes created by Sweet & Simple founder Michelle Jaffee using the best quality ingredients available including The Farmer’s Cow fresh Connecticut eggs. Together, they are a delicious portable way to enjoy The Farmer’s Cow ice cream on the go. Even frozen, Sweet & Simple cookies are flavorful and chewy.

The collaboration with Sweet & Simple is the latest partnership by The Farmer’s Cow to join with a small, family-owned business in Connecticut.
