Crews Lends Talent to Raising Money for Corpus Christi Youth Shelter at 2013 South Texas Oilfield Expo Golf Tournament, Hosted by Texas Classic Productions LLC

Josh Crews, three- time RE/MAX Long Drive finalist, lends his skill to raise money for kids and lower scores for golfers in this year’s 2013 South Texas Oilfield Expo Golf Tournament taking place September 16th, 2013 at NorthShore Country Club in Portland, TX.

Crews will be hitting balls for teams who will make a donation to The Ark, a Corpus Christi-based charity that acts as an emergency shelter for abused and neglected children. The Ark provides comprehensive care for children of all ages and is committed to creating a safe haven where victims of abuse and neglect can be treated with dignity, love and respect.

In addition to benefitting this Coastal Bend safe house and getting the opportunity to hear what a 459-yard drive sounds like launched from the tee box, participants who make a donation will also have the chance to win a Pebble Beach golf package for two.

Want to contribute before September’s tournament? Call Delma Trejo, Executive Director of The Ark at (361) 241-6566 and your donation can go towards efforts to cover their outside play area to create shade for the kids in the coming summer months. You can also visit their website at
