Under the direction of Zack Snyder (300, Watchmen)., Henry Cavill plays the iconic role of Clark Kent, a young man who journeys to discover where he came from and the heroic tasks he was sent to Earth to perform. The IMAX 3D release of Man of Steel has been re-mastered into the unparalleled image and sound quality of the classic IMAX 15-perforation/70mm film experience with proprietary IMAX DMR® (Digital Re-mastering) technology. The crystal-clear images, coupled with Michigan’s largest IMAX screen and powerful digital audio, create a unique environment that will make audiences feel as if they are in the movie.
The film also stars four-time Oscar® nominee Amy Adams (The Master) as Daily Planet journalist Lois Lane, and Oscar® nominee Laurence Fishburne (What’s Love Got to Do with It) as her editor-in-chief, Perry White. Starring as Clark Kent’s adoptive parents, Martha and Jonathan Kent, are Oscar® nominee Diane Lane (Unfaithful) and Academy Award® winner Kevin Costner (Dances with Wolves).
