Lakes of Bella Terra sees continued growth during Houston’s housing boom.

The Houston home market remains remarkably strong through April. Outpacing this growth is Ft. Bend County master-planned community Lakes of Bella Terra. The community reports a year-to-year increase of 42% in new homes sold through April 2013, which exceeds Houston’s average increase of 27%.

At Lakes of Bella Terra, move-up and luxury homes are seeing the greatest increases. Homes by David Powers, with homes from the $440s to $640s, reported a 72% increase in unit year-to-year sales. Grand View Builders, which sells homes in the $220s to the $400s, saw the same 72% increase year-to-year. Brighton Homes, with homes ranging from the $190s to the $350s, reports +37% in year-to-year sales.

Ashton Woods Homes, Chesmar Homes, M Street Homes, Trendmaker Homes, Bayer Homes, Mike Harrison Custom Homes, and Jamestown Estate Homes join the previously mentioned builders, as well as DR Horton and Galllery Custom Homes as new builders of 2013. All of these builders have reported a solid start in the community that exceeds expectations. The current growth at Lakes of Bella Terra is making it one of the hottest selling communities in an already red-hot Houston housing market.

Lakes of Bella Terra’s growth is due, in part, to its convenient location off Grand Parkway TX-99 and the Westpark Tollway, allowing residents easy access to Downtown and Houston’s Energy Corridor. Additionally, the three schools serving Lakes of Bella Terra all hold ‘Exemplary’ or ‘Recognized’ status. Residents also enjoy true value and resort-style living with amenities such as a state-of-the-art recreation center, nature trails, catch-and-release fishing ponds, and access to local shopping.

Lakes of Bella Terra boasts numerous floor plans ranging from new family homes to estate custom homes in a gated, waterfront section. Homes range from the $190's to the $1M+.
