Tableau Software (NYSE: DATA) is kicking off its sold-out 2013 European Customer Conference at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge in London today. The conference will bring together more than 430 customers from across Europe, along with industry analysts and media.
This year’s event is the third annual European Customer Conference for Tableau. Attendees will experience two full days of best practice, hands-on training and networking opportunities with other Tableau customers. In addition to informative track sessions and case study presentations, customers will also have the unique opportunity to meet one-on-one with Tableau developers and product experts who will answer specific questions.
“Our European customers have inspired us to put together a conference full of world-class learning and networking opportunities,” said James Eiloart, Vice President of EMEA for Tableau. “This year’s sold-out event will bring together like-minded people with a passion for knowledge and a hunger for seeing and understanding their data.”
Eiloart, CEO Christian Chabot, CDO Dr. Chris Stolte and VP of Product Management, Dan Jewett, will kick off the conference today with a keynote session. Professor Hans Rosling, one of the world’s leading data visionaries, and Salesforce.com’s Chief Data Scientist, JP Rangaswami, will lead keynote sessions Wednesday, while more than 20 Tableau customers and partners will share their analytics experience with attendees.
Tableau has more than 50 employees and thousands of customers in Europe. Its products are available in English, French, German, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Japanese, Korean and Simplified Chinese.
