San Soucie Art Glass announced today the launch of a new Designer for customized etched glass doors offered in a wider range and more affordable price point. Following the overwhelming success of their Pantry Door Designer launched in 2010, Sans Soucie has expanded the Designer to include all door types, both interior and front entry.

The goal was simple: bring a quality customized product to the marketplace and make it easy for clients to design.

“We are so very excited about this new product and our clients are going to love the ease and ability to design their own beautiful customized etched glass front doors,” said LeeAnn Gannett, co-owner and wife of company President and principal artist Chauncey Gannett. “The goal was simple: bring a quality customized product to the marketplace and make it easy for clients to design. Clients can customize everything about the door and glass as the interactive door designer takes them through a simple step-by-step process. The beautiful door and glass images change live on-screen as selections are made. Even the door swing, hinge finish and threshold color will change as selections are made. The designs can be used for the pantry, wine cellar, laundry or themed rooms such as billiards or home theater or for any room in the home. The design range is extensive and includes: contemporary, Asian, landscape scenes, patterns, floral, tropical and foliage designs, as well as Victorian and traditional, all in different types of effects.

Clients can use the Designer to create their own glass and door to the exact specifications they need. They can also get instant online pricing and design in a system that is fun, intuitive and one that easily creates a beautiful product. Offered are 8 wood types and 2 fiberglass with availability in any size with hundreds of designs with 12 different types of effects.

Boasting the largest selection of sandblasted glass designs available anywhere, Sans Soucie has sold over 600 glass pantry doors since the launch of their original Pantry Door Designer 3 years ago. “One of the most exciting changes over the last few years is that we’ve taken nearly 200 of our most popular designs, once available in only our more expensive, intricate 2D and 3D sculpture carved glass, and converted those designs making them available in our “solid frost” effect. In essence, it’s the same high quality Sans Soucie designs, now available in a wider range price point for clients,” Gannett stated.

Sold as a complete unit or as a glass insert by itself, the glass is tempered for safety and everything is carefully hand-packed in-house by Sans Soucie’s glass artists and can be shipped worldwide using San Soucie’s custom designed packing system. Shipping is just $99 to most states and arrival times vary between 3-8 weeks depending on the glass effect and door material. San Soucie also lowered the cost to clients by 50 to 75 percent by shipping and packing in-house. Clients are located around the world including: Germany, Australia, Sri Lanka, Canada, and Hawaii, and most recently, Japan.
