A Patriotic Musical Extravaganza Honoring Baltimore Heroes.

The Freedom Celebration is a patriotic musical extravaganza. Once a year, the community gathers for a very special “Thank You!” to all current and former members of the U.S. Armed Forces and civil servants – fire, police, rescue, teachers, medical professionals and politicians that serve the greater Baltimore area. Guests are encouraged to come in uniform. Special salutes will be given to each field of service. This is a family-friendly event.

Immediately following the service, guests are invited to enjoy the concessions, inflatables for kids and explore the Baltimore County Fire and Police Department vehicles on display in the main parking lot.

For 2013, there will be a special tribute to the Tuskegee Airmen Dr. Cyril O. Byron; Lemuel A. Lewie will be the honored representatives for the day.

About Freedom Celebration
A Fourth of July musical program has been hosted at Trinity Assembly of God since 1992. This event evolved into Freedom Celebration as a response to the heroic efforts of 9/11 to include civil servants and other heroes at home, as well as abroad.

For the 2012-2013 Freedom Celebration seasons, this event has been featured by Star-Spangled 200.
