Livonia, Michigan (PRWEB) June 12, 2013
InfoTronics, a Michigan-based developer of time and attendance software systems, is pleased to announce that it received two Bronze awards at the 8th Annual 2013 Hot Company and Best Products Awards for its deployments of flagship product, Attendance Enterprise. One award was for the Best Deployment of a Case Study, Ash Grove Concrete Companies and the second award was for Best Deployment of a Case Study, University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB).
Ash Grove shortened their time and attendance process, which normally took two people two days to perform, by using Attendance Enterprise. The time and attendance and payroll procedures are now a single process handled by one person and finished within 90 minutes. It takes 10 minutes to produce a comprehensive audit report, whereas it previously took a full day for an auditor to collect the same data. There are also 50 different summary reports offered through Attendance Enterprise and managers can pull reports themselves to meet various needs.
At UAB, Attendance Enterprise enabled them to trim time and attendance processing times by 75 percent. The Animal Resources division at UAB saved costs equal to salary and benefits for one and one-half employees annually, while trimming processing times by 50 percent. All supervisors now have data that helps them make better attendance-related decisions and drive more efficient operations.
Now in its eighth year, the prestigious Hot Company and Best Products Awards recognize a broad spectrum of industry products and solutions. This recognition program encompasses the world’s best in organizational performance, products and services, hot technologies, executives and management teams, and many other categories.
“InfoTronics is pleased to see the deployment of our Attendance Enterprise solution honored at the Hot Company and Best Product Awards,” said Beth Baerman, Director of Corporate Communications. “Knowing that we helped customers in two different industries achieve measureable cost savings and process improvements in extremely rewarding.”
