Matrix Solutions’ Newest Product Release to Feature Automated Workflow in Deal Reconciliation

Integrating data from Traffic with Sales in the Matrix system provides a more advanced process for media companies.

Matrix Solutions, the leading provider of Media CRM and Sales Analytics Software, today announced the new and enhanced features that will debut in the next release of their Matrix CRM & Sales Analytics Software System. The release, scheduled for June 22, 2013, will include significant enhancements to the deal’s functionality, including the ability to automate the reconciliation process enabling sales teams to leverage a more efficient workflow.

The systems’ ability to reconcile deals automatically not only demonstrates the power of integration between Sales and Traffic systems, but also showcases how advancements in technology enable users to work smarter. The process works like this − the Matrix system will automatically win and close deals when it recognizes matching dollars from the daily Traffic system import. If the dollars don't match, i.e. if the amount imported is less than the deal, the system will deduct the amount and leave the remainder in pending until the start of the next month when all historical pending amounts will be removed. Matrix also takes the extra step of alerting the Salesperson that action may be needed.

  •     Deals icon added to the top level navigation, enabling users to access this key functionality in one-click
  •     Ability to forecast from a complete listing of accounts
  •     Capability to default Outlets, Revenue Types and Commission for deals in profile preferences
  •     Revenue history that shows Outlet/Revenue Type combinations plus multiple year history
  •     State-of-the-Art, 'My Book of Business' feature has been added to the deals page to display how each deal impacts your entire book of business

The new release will be fully deployed to all current customers on June 22, 2013. Given that the Matrix CRM & Sales Analytics Software is both a hosted and web-based solution the update will be transparent to the over 4500 users with little to no disruption in service.
