The Sales Verification Company, a leader in live-operator third party verification services, has opened a West Coast location, in Santa Ana, Calif.
Third party verification, or TPV, is an independent confirmation of the sales process to ensure proper customer understanding of the transaction. The Sales Verification Company supports a variety of clients in retail energy, telecom and the insurance industries.
The company has a TPV history dating to 1994, and recently completed a major expansion to its Clearwater headquarters. Adding a second location better serves The Sales Verification Company’s existing clients and prepares for anticipated growth.
The new office allows for an easy extension of operating hours by utilizing a time-zone-local day shift rather than requiring extended East Coast hours. Secondly, Southern California features an employee talent pool with a more diverse offering of Spanish-language dialects than does the Clearwater area.
“The Sales Verification Company has been on a tremendous growth trajectory over the last couple of years, and we anticipate our client base will continue to expand,” Executive Director Jason Zitner said. “Opening a second location was both proactive and strategic, and we are proud to offer expanded services.”
Along with the additional volume capability, The Sales Verification Company also recently announced the arrival of automated TPV services. The company has specialized in live-operator TPV, and now offers clients the option of self-service campaigns and automated voice verification (AVV) response for its customers. The company has also developed a hybrid AVV system, whereby a customer can opt out of the automated process and speak with a live operator during the verification call.
“We feel the new automated products will fill a real need in the marketplace,” Zitner said. “Our continued technological innovations, coupled with the expansion of our live-operator service into California, puts The Sales Verification Company in a strong competitive position.”
TPV is required by the Federal Trade Commission and the Federal Communications Commission for telecom service changes, and by many states for changes in electric and natural gas service.
