Zammuto also recommends that individuals ensure that they create plenty of positive content about themselves. “Once unwanted information is out there, it is not always possible to altogether delete it, but you can suppress it by burying it under positive information,” he offers. “In particular, you can use social media sites and blogs to spread attractive and positive information about yourself, to help keep negative content at bay.”
