The 18th of July will see sales training and development experts Pareto welcome valued clients alongside a selection of distinguished speakers to the Company’s head offices in Wilmslow, with the agenda set to explore current issues impacting sales leadership and management in UK business. The day’s events will conclude with an Inter-Company Golf Challenge, complimentary drinks and a BBQ within the idyllic setting of the De Vere Mottram Hall Hotel, Prestbury. The picturesque grounds of the hotel have also very recently played host to the 2013 European Senior’s PGA Championship this year which was televised on Sky.
In the light of the success of the Sales Society’s recent event held at the Tower of London Hilton, the organisation is set to stimulate discussion and debate that will help shape the future of sales leadership. The event will be chaired by Pareto’s own Bryn Thompson, Sales Director of Managed Services, and supported by guest speakers Tony Douglas, Sales Institute Director of the Edinburgh Institute, and Mark O’Keefe, National ITS Sales Director for Ricoh.
Opening the day’s events, Bryn will introduce the agenda and speak about the trends, challenges and concerns facing sales leaders in the current business marketplace, utilising over 20 years of experience working across the fields of sales assessment, training and development.

Tony Douglas who delivers Sales and Sales Management Modules at the Edinburgh Institute will provide sales leadership insights based upon his extensive experience delivering focused sales and marketing support to SMEs across Scotland. National ITS Sales Director Mark O’Keefe will conclude the forum, leading discussion on the concept of leadership and the growth and development of sales coaches for the future of business. Discussion will follow the conclusion of each speaker, stimulating debate and sharing of ideas amongst all attendees.
The event concludes with a round of golf, a BBQ, drinks and prizes at the De Vere Mottram Hall Hotel, allowing for continued networking throughout the day.
