TMP Direct ( announces the addition of Ken Gary as Senior Vice President of Solutions Development. With over 25 years of contact center industry experience, his position is responsible for revenue growth, company branding and new product development in key business sectors.

As an industry veteran, Ken’s dynamic execution of multi-channel customer engagement strategies has led him to partnerships with well-known brands including Sony Electronics, Hitachi, Target, Mitsubishi, Bristol-Myers Squibb, the Dannon Company and Chevron-Texaco. In addition, he possesses near and off-shore contact center experience, successfully launching programs in the United States, Canada, the Philippines and India. He also has a strong program development background in Inbound, Outbound and Social Media contact center management within the Consumer Products, Pharmaceutical, and Telecommunications industries both domestically and internationally.

Previous industry positions include VP of Solutions Development for Dialogue Marketing, VP of Client Services for HTMT International, and VP of Client Services for Source One Communications.

Professional affiliations include the Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals (SOCAP), Call Center Network Group (CCNG) and International Customer Service Association (ICSA).
