Our acquisition of jobsite123.com is a direct response to user feedback
Fort Lauderdale, Florida (PRWEB) June 14, 2013
jobsite123.com was acquired by The Blue Book Building and Construction Network, the nation’s leading provider of company information and workflow solutions for the commercial construction industry. Purchased assets of jobsite123.com, LLC include the jobsite123.com website and pre-qualification system, which will be fully integrated into the TheBlueBook.com network and all related internet based software services.
The Blue Book has been focused on improving the buying and hiring within the commercial construction industry for 100 years. Following their mission of continuous improvement, Richard Johnson, President of The Blue Book Network commented, “Our acquisition of jobsite123 is a direct response to user feedback. General contractors and project owners need more detailed qualifications related information when pre-screening contractors and other resources for their construction projects. Readily available qualifications information is critical to their workflow and decision-making. In turn, we will now assist companies on the sell side, by enabling our advertising customers to showcase their project experience and supporting qualifications to companies looking for their products or services.” Johnson went on to say, “Our combined technologies will provide all contractors and construction related companies a simple and easy to use tool to develop and publish virtually unlimited critical information online, at the fingertips of general contractors, project owners and other industry buyers. And the enhanced profile information will be readily available throughout the entire Blue Book Network and all major search engines.”
Coty Fournier, Co-founder and CEO of jobsite123.com, now Vice President of Network Solutions for The Blue Book Network, had a vision 6 years ago to improve the construction workflow specifically focused on rapid identification of appropriately experienced resources in any given project location. “My goal in launching jobsite123.com was to enable construction buyers to search for any company’s relevant qualifications online – and find exactly what they were looking for in three clicks or less. After spending 20 years running projects large and small for construction companies and project owners, I knew there had to be a better way,” stated Fournier.
Craig Noble, Co-founder of jobsite123.com added, “I fully believe that the integration of our jobsite123 company profiling system and search engine optimization into The Blue Book Network will further assist the industry to save time and money on both sides of the buy-sell equation.”
More information is expected to be released in Q4-2013 and fully integrated systems are targeted for launch in Q1-2014.
