Kisha Davis, MD, has joined Casey Health Institute, Gaithersburg’s newest integrative medicine primary care provider. Dr. Davis, a family physician, researcher and educator, is a Maryland native with strong ties to the city.

“Dr. Davis’ passion for delivering primary care and her dedication to helping patients better manage chronic diseases like diabetes that affect many local residents are a great fit for us,” said Dr. David Fogel, CEO of Casey Health Institute. “Her extraordinary commitment to and experience in delivering care to ethnically and socioeconomically diverse patients is greatly valued as well. As a community based health center, we strive to continuously improve patient access while fulfilling our charter to treat those residents who can afford care as well as those who cannot.”

She is active in the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) and serves on the board of the Maryland Academy of Family Physicians.

Dr. Davis completed an undergraduate degree in Biological Anthropology from Duke University. She received her medical degree from the University of Connecticut, where she received the Lyman Stowe Award for humanitarianism in medicine.
